Night Writer. Re: "Shoot, I liked Hellman and it doesn't bother me that we didn't get him." Stay tuned. He may resurface as a CFO candidate. That could be a good team: a former president and coo as CFO teamed with someone who knows the organization and the business. I remember when WS beat up on IBM for about 3-4 YEARS, even after Gerstner came on board. The same may happen to CPQ. BTW, here's IBM's pricing for the last few years: 1993: 14.13 1994: 18.38 1995: 22.88 1996: 37.81 1997: 52.31 1998: 92.19 1999: 124.81 My money's still on Rosen. He would not have picked MC if he didn't think he "had it". Hang in there. HL
