gdichaz, I'm not sure that this is a solution, but it seems to me we are short on real news right this minute and this has everyone in limbo with nothing to decipher..Fear can then set in and patience goes out the window. Happens to all of us. I can only suggest that we stay the course. just trying to help,P

I do not have any suggestions other than to try to continue the dialog that some may not find acceptable, and some might. I am open to critique, not bashing. It was my impression that the purpose of the thread is to discuss a publicly traded communication company. (isn't that ironic?) Yes, that involves the technology, this is the core. Doesn't it also involve news, earnings, the market in general (which can have an influence), etc...and dare I say...feelings? This is part of the fun of investing for me. All the variables and complexities that move the (dare I say?) price of the stock. I am new to this 'board' stuff, so bare with. If anyone has anything to add that is constructive all the better. Good questions, just in time to hash out for the weekend.
