Dear Starter It may nor seem fair for a 3.5 to 1 conversion. However, i suspect that Instant Documents is the more valuable of the two companies. Thus the above mentioned ration for conversion. I have met with the management of the Instant Documents twice and am very excited about the future of Instant Documents.Com. I think by the end of the summer we will all be very happy to own the new company, Instant Documents.Com. The space they are operating in is fairly wide and open and the company is poised to reap the benefits of there hard work in advance of the amalgamation. The new CEO Tom Clancy brings a solid background with him and is delivering rather than hyping the company. I believe that when the company starts to issue press releases about new business etc., the stock will begin to seek its appreciated price level. I view the stock currently as undervalued and unknown.
