While averaging up is definitely the right way to proceed, I have always recommended from day one that investors maintain their CYMI shares in a separate cash account (ie no margin)

I take it that this is an attempt to reduce the available shares for short sellers.

Not very effective for the small investors.

If you hold a large percentage of the float and switch from margin to cash accounts while short interest is high however,...

>>Options are for suckers<< You are right Curlton. A month ago I recommended buying the Aug. 20's at a price of 4. I followed my own advice and I'm one happy sucker. How do you see this week playing out?

Here's my take: CYMI beats expectations: Gives a good forward looking statement. Trades flat tomorrow or slightly down. Pops about 2 points day after earnings, settles down and finishing the week at 36.

Have a good week,

Jerome

>>>Cash and short and long-term investments totaled $164,821,000.<<<

Another share buy-back "announcement" is in order.

Good Luck To Each And All
