Thanks for an enlightening response. A question about the following statement. 2) State of the art Fiber networks. While they did not have LU's Allwave installed in the first stages, it looks like they will in the future build-out. Is that just an intelligent guess, or you have more specific information ? The prospectus lists them being more in bed with Nortel as vendor and not a user of LU equipment, but I am not sure if this Allwave fiber implies a a certain vendors (LU) equipment or it is just a fiber thing and they are orthogonal issues.
