JEB,

Nope Canada is no good. Our government offices are spineless when it comes to dealing with Yanks. SEC has GE on the burner, OSC or other commissions will not touch them. Hell even Vancouver is making an effort to clean up their crap.

I think one possible answer is Europe. South America is a possibility as well. Yes it will make trading a pain but we would be able to trade.

Just because we would not be operating from the US dosen't mean we can't use US/CAN standards.

Miles

Jeb I asked Terry about ASE VSE in the conference call. Seems to me his feeling is/was that with outstanding SEC charges against officers of the company, they would fare not well getting a Cdn listing.

That too is, IMO the major stumbling block, to the BB. SEC and NASD want to pin something on somebody.

But I also hear that GE going into production is another way of them possibly getting off the pinks.

Hmmm, wasn't it that Bishop guy that rewrote the symbol change news release, putting a postive spin on the change from MINE (a jr jr exploration company) to MYNG, pronounced "MINING" as they change their focus from exploration to actual mining?

Hmmm, all he got from that was a bit of a slap on the hand.
