If this is true Terry Turner does not have shareholders interests at heart. This stock will go no where near .80 cents per share in the next two years. However, having said that the controlling shareholders obviously would have been consulted and refused the offer, maybe they will put up another 4 million bucks needed to make this thing fly. LOL, I bet NOT.

Maybe Ron K can still talk his in laws into shoveling another 4 million into the ground in Bolivia, betcha not. In laws were born at night but not last night.
