Same Guy? Anniversaries Ron Salter, of the Melbourne office, recently celebrated 30 years as a partner with the firm. Ron has played a key role in the development and success of Phillips Fox, having served three terms on the Firm Board, and in his role as Chairman of Partners of the Melbourne office from 1994 to 1997. Ron specialises in maritime law, marine insurance and arbitration and has an international reputation as an expert in these areas.
