Kim,

I do appreciate your ongoing efforts to keep us abreast of the
developments at Naxos.

Certainly the article on the good Father was informative.

While Naxos is technically bankrupt, I do applaud the efforts
by management to bring about change.

Most of the shareholders have written down their stake to zero, so
the very fact that management is leaving no stone unturned to bring about change
based on indications that there is value to be uncovered, can only but
encourage all of us.

After reading the article on the good Father I am more puzzled than before
wondering what he really was trying to accomplish. I would think
that his time would be better spent ministering his flock, but that is just my
personal opinion.

On the Lithium (I am too lazy to check it out), what is the present value of
what was determined in 1980?

The math ought to be simple, namely pounds of lithium (or LiO2)
times the current price.

Anyhow, thanks for staying with it.

Jan

Thanks Kim for the post. Let me digest it now.

I, too, appreciate all that you have done to keep this thread abreast of ongoing Naxos news.

Best regards,

Ken Rosenfeld

What a bunch of horseshit! Blame everyone else. It would have done a lot for credibility to have reported to shareholders on progress at the pilot plant as promised in previous releases. Everyone's to blame here for this mess and lack of confidence. Now we have further promises and Jimmy John style hype:

<<due diligence process at Franklin Lake and was very encouraged with the potential of the area.>>
<<create profitability and thus improve shareholder value>>
<< acted upon several of the ideas arising from this business plan with positive results>>
<<major firm regarding an initial exploration program for lithium at Franklin Lake>>
<<initial testing has shown high levels of lithium>>
<<prospecting of the Franklin Lake area for lode gold has provided us with some encouraging results>>
<<second process is now being tested by another company, at no expense to us. Preliminary results have been very promising>>

Maybe Naxos should open a freak show to derive income? Include that option in the business plan.

Congratulations to the Current Board for finding the 1995 Clide Davis report on Franklin Lake. Keep up the good work.

P.S. It is 1999
