NAMC is up 421% in the past month, making it the single best performing stock in the USA (per investor.msn.com). Their warrants (NAMCW) just went in the money last week (callable at $6 until end of 2001 if the stock gets over $9 for 30 days or so). NAMC closed at $7 13/16.

The company provides arbitration and mediation services and recently started offering services over the web at www.clicknsettle.com. Their clients include insurance companies and law firms, among others.

NAMCW has intrinsic value of $1 13/16 and last traded at $2 9/16. Delta is approx. .75
