Mark, have you heard of NOVL or AOL? One of SCUR's directors is former CEO of NOVL and current board member of AOL.

Additionally, SCUR's annual report (released on 3/31 in the middle of the big slide from $22 to $2.25) indicated that SCUR revenue increased from $47 million to $61.4 million, net loss declined substantially, and working capital was $34 million. Compare to VLNC with $0 revenue, an $8 million working capital deficit, and increasing losses.

In light of the above, your suggestion that VLNC having a celebrity board member will somehow save them from the typical fate of floorless financing seems a tad naive.
