Fatt Matt, underworked I think you mean overworked or alternatively, understaffed. "Underworked" might imply that you may be calling the SEC folks lazy bureaucrats, and I don't think that was your intention. KJC

So true FM,I just read an article of the SEC,and the fact that they are severely underfunded and short on a work force,they simply must be given more funding. One thing I would like to see is an add campaign funded via television making it known loud and clear the stock market has become the hottest show in town for criminals to rip people off. Show things,such as how they are,the crims,investing dollars in making web-site after web-site to create an illussion that the companies are real,when really they are not all. And they are paying people to spam all over Yahoo! to advertise stock recommendation sites,or to pump a phony stock. One thing that was wild about UPCA,simultaneously with the aids press release spam posts flooded Yahoo!,all very coordinated and diabolically planned.Good Luck,Max
