One of mine that I haven't seen you mention is AFFX. But you are in Incyte, aren't you?

Michael--any comments about allowing oneself
to get stopped out. I've been playing with
microcap biotech for the last year or so, and
have really not done too badly, last year was
terrific, this year, well could have gone better.
Anyway, I've watched my YTD gain get cut by more
than half in the last few weeks...and one more big
hit and my gain for the year will be gone.

I've often thought that if my balance went
back down to where I started the year, I'd get
out and re-evaluate. Maybe just lurk for the rest
of the year--perhaps do a few quick flips here
and there where there are sure things, but basically
be out of the market.

This is a reasonable thing to do right? No shame
in admitting you're beaten...the game is about
surviving--not about getting rich the first couple
years you try...

I've been posting a lot lately, quite obviously
because I'm wrestling with the descision--any
input would be appreciated.
