In the short term, its only a sympathy play, agreed. I would think if XSNI management is serious about a NASDAQ listing and/or whatever they mean by an IPO, then this would be the time to release some financials, subscriber ##'s, and detail exactly what it is they have planned. But for whatever reason, management has been silent.

On to Freeserve: some interesting ##'s on subscribers and valuation.

BTW, I've seen conflicting dates on when it opens for trading. Is it 7/26 or 8/2?

>>Will Freeserve open on the FTSE first, or simultaneously there and on the NASDAQ?<<

It appears that the opening will occur simultaneously. The after market performance of FREE should be interesting as a test as to whether or not our UK brothers and sisters have the stomach for Internet valuations. That probably explains the simultaneous listing on Nasdaq. As for the Credit Lyonnais sell recommendation, it will have no impact on the opening. Credit Lyonnais could probably make and defend the same recommendation on over 90% of the U.S. Internet companies and no one would pay any attention. A "free" service, however, presents special problems. FREE may currently have 1.3 MM subscribers, but they have also had 800,000 subscribers try the service and subsequently cancel.

BTW, I would not expect any "spike" in XSNI as the company has still chosen not connect, assuming that such a connection exists, the X-Stream Network and XSNI.
