brian,
Wow...what a week eh?....I stuck my neck out and did something I usually don't do and called the first three days of this week as the low for the stock price....should have known better.....thats why I have always held on FUNDAMENTALS which are not only intact, but continue to improve on this play......there just isn't another junior out there with a drill indicated $6 billion resource in ground with a high value per tonne at anywhere near this share price.....I will continue to hold.....IMO, I anticipate and expect a transition to an institutional type of shareholder, but as usual the transition will be delayed and start gradually....in the interim, momentum players, people who rely on TA, and those with some sort of fatigue or just downright fear accompanying the volitility, are selling....once again, this deposit is like having 20 million tonnes at .75 ounce per tonne gold or a high grade 15 million ounce deposit...right or wrong, I am in for the duration on this one....Monday is just another day and I don't have a clue as to whether or not WSP will rebound or continue on its way down.....supposedly, there is a very small short position, so there must also be very little that is margined, unless it was used as collateral for buying something else....from this perspective, the $3.00 price could be tested to shake out any leveraged positions.....we shall see next week.....maybe we should expect those gut wrenching 50% price swings which seem to accompany good plays??Historically, its been a good sign.....I guess I better make sure I have my seat belt done up as I hang on for a wild ride:-))
regards,
teevee

RE>>Then what up to $3.85? Is this a short play now? I smell stink.<

Not sure I understand your question. Don't appreciate your stinky comment.
Is this a short play now ?.. I think my comment was clear that short term the stock looks very weak.. Long term fundamentally no risk. I decided not to stay in to see EXACTLY WHERE the bottom is.. There is a hope that a double bottom may be formed at the next resistance of 3.20 but I just don't see it as strong enough to hold the selling. I will likely get back in at 2.60 if 3.20 breaks ( which I think it will )
