John, sorry don't agree with you here. Yes TT and the co is responsible for falling behind on their reporting. And for that they deserve a smack.

But the Guido report?!?! I don't think so. What did TT do wrong? He received a report from someone who the CO paid to do a study. Then they released it to the public. I'm sure the same would have happened if the report said no significan gold.

TT is not to blame for that. This is where I get my beef with the SEC

As for Canadian exchanged letting that report go public, I don't know. different country, different rules.

Reread the press stories for TT's reasons ("excuses") and our good buddy, pops to mind instantly. LOL, and that's all I will say. I think maybe mention is even made to it in TT's letter on the web site.
