I've been away from this stock for a long time ... and this is probably a silly question.

The last I knew ... and the reason I invested ... was ISSM has some proprietary electronic technology ... resistors I believe.

Now they're merging with a company that does restaurant inspections.

Is Semco doing this for diversification ...or has ISSM changed it's direction?
