Some scenarios...

I am just hoping that if Jimmy really has the business and only has difficulty running a fully-reporting SEC-controlled operation, he may sell to a NASDAQ company or to individual/company.

So, here are my best options:
1)DGIV files, makes SEC happy and gets its proper valuation on BB.
OR
2)DGIV has continuing trouble with SEC, Jimmy sells out to an interested party (who may lowball him because of his SEC troubles)
Does this make sense??

The big assumption here is Jimmy really has working getways and real contracts in those countries. I am assuming Jimmy announcing them on TV, people actually looking at those contracts help prove that.
