ABTE - A Bargain Waiting For You!

ABTE is right in my back yard of West Palm Beach, FL. I have been
watching this puppy for some time now. The CEO just forked out some
heavy dollars to buy up shares. A major contract is finally opening
this week. The P/E is VERY cheap for this industry group. Open
interest is plentiful and begging for CCers.

NASDAQ: (ABTE : $11 3/16) $118 million Market Cap at July 23, 1999
Trades at a 69% Discount PE Multiple of 14.9 X, vs. the 47.5 X
average multiple at which the Cellular & Telephone Services
SubIndustry is priced.

As I write, the technicals are typical of a breakout to the upside.
Note, very narrow upper and lower BB with a divergence now forming.
Note, a break though the overhead resistance price and closing above
the $9 and now the $11.00. Earning release date is coming up soon. A
new 52-week high of say $23 from the current $11.00+ is possible here.
Stocastics is positive, RSI still has room to increase, OBV is
positive and still moving upward. The simple moving average is upward.

In short, quite a bit of upside potential compared to any downside
risk at this point!
