David, I've targeted this one for a bounce play which I think it is ready for. Fri's volume was the second lowest (7/20 being the lowest for the obvious reasons) since going public with the 2nd qtr difficulties. With the problems out, volume drying up and good cash position NEON will base and bounce soon. Downside risk starting to evaoporate.
