Every stock/thread will have slammers, bashers, etc., each with their own agenda. It is the responsibility of each investor to check out all information they can about the company so that they can make informed decisions. Nobody else can do that for them. The worst the doubters can do is sell their shares, which could temporarily depress the stock price. But guess what, after they are done, the stock price will go up. Take care.

Hey MakeMoney, Great post!!! I don't know why my sentences are not wrapping around. Sorry. The bashers almost got me to believing and I needed to retrace some DD before putting in a sell order for Monday. I went back to the 10-K that was filed for 12/31/98 at: freeedgar.com„äc I found the following: 1. Net book value of ADOT is $0.064. 2. The 10-Q for 3/31/99 was filed on 4/26/99, even though it was not required until 5/15/99. 3. The debt is low. 4. G & A of $490,296 is high compared to revenue of $178,200, but this is a start up company. 5. Cost in excess of billings on uncompleted contracts are $250,200. 6. The Auditor's statement was not qualified. 7. The 10-Q for 3/31/99 was prepared by the auditors although not "Audited". It is hard to review every thing while looking at a computer screen, but I have decided to continue to hold. If ADOT is as timely with this quarter's 10-Q, it should be released next week. They have until approx. 8/15/99 to release the report and still be in compliance. Best regards. Scoobey
