Steve Harmon's apparent resignation. I'm surprised no one saw Steve's departure coming. I'm still unable to find any official press release so I don't know who found this info, I'm *unable to confirm* anything. But the endgame hit me with the official announcement a couple weeks ago that the ISDEX mutual fund was going to market at the end of July. And that it will be an *index* fund. Because an index fund generally doesn't need an active manager, Steve didn't come with the deal, I guess. If I am not mistaken, Internet.com (I think it's Alan Meckler) owns all rights to the ISDEX.

So after the announcement, it's clearly not a feasible option for Harmon to continue any relationship with ISDEX or Internet.com.
