John, I find it interesting you cite ANCR as a company in which the floorless had no detrimental effects. You must not have been a shareholder when the stock fell from $30 to $1 and incurred massive dilution resulting from the floorless. Yes, it has since recovered, but how much higher would the price have gone if they hadn't diluted the hell out of the stock? At any rate, it looks pretty much overvalued here, with a market cap. of $700+ million against sales of $10 million or so. I'll bet the boys in the dog pound would find ANCR interesting <VBG>. /
