Mohan,

TheStreet.com TV show just endorsed DELL. Show on the Fox News Channel just concluded had a discussion on Compaq that mirrored my feelings exactly: Compaq HAD TO go in-house to select their CEO since no one would take the job with Ben Rosen's current reputation of constant meddling; in addition, the contrast with HP's acquiring Lucent's top star was startling and disappointed the Street. The new guy's selection was good for 2 points DOWN on the stock, and Jim Cramer mentioned that this just prompts him to buy more DELL which he is already long. He believes Wall Street also considers Compaq's CEO selection as good news for DELL, and the price action on the two stocks reflect that.

Best Wishes,

Sam
