Skane and all,

I have been out of SNRS for some months now as I could not justify the stock value given the FDA status. That said, since much or all of the research was conducted by doctors who owned stock in Sunrise, (not illegal, just seems improper or self serving on its face), I am sure the panel felt "at risk" if they approved the procedure with this knowledge. Imagine what an attorney would do to all of them if his clients eye sight was lost or further impaired. Error on the side of caution. The FDA will also, probably, not approve for the same reason. Sunrise will have to go back to the drawing board and have independent doctors analyze and perhaps interview and test random patients.

On another matter, since over 11 millions shares traded Friday, who was doing all the buying? Even shorts had to theoretically buy and then sell to cover their short position. So who ended up with all the stock?
