Then 3G or CDMA 2000, WCDMA ASIC's would also lead to a re-license requirement by those who currently manufacture only chips like LSI and VLSI corporations.Perhaps QUALCOMM would benefit once 3G rolls out in alot of ways that the H&Q report dose not address.The other potentially huge area of "other devices" besides phones that will use the CDMA chips such as new auto's,hand held mobile devices ect.are also not considered at this early stage of internet centric devices that will tap wireless access to the net.
