Wow, so the proxy gets tallied on the 10th but the merger closing date takes place by the 9th? I hope this isn't the same guy for the BOD. quote.bloomberg.com The outstanding leads me to believe those other shares that have been increasing the float since November were issued and not restricted as many have stated. Wonder where they went....
