Max this news originally came out about a month and 1/2 ago when the stock was sitting at about 22. It jumped pretty good with the news. C-225 is a long ways into phase III. They must really like what they see to start building a plant. Just the fact that they are building their own plant tells you what they think the potential of this drug is. Most of the time a small biotech research company like IMCL would team up with a bigger partner that already has a manufacturing facility. In this case the drug is good enough that they are unwilling to share.
