The World Bank will have to write off all African loans. Its solution? Loan them more money.

The human toll will be catastrophic in African cities -- just like in ours.

If most Americans were to read this, they would shrug and think, "Oh, well. That's what happens to Africans. It won't affect me." Wait until we can't get strategic minerals for our factories any more, assuming they are compliant, which they aren't.
