Amein....sorry, I owe you an apology!...in either case, I do know for a fact that FBR is tops in customer service...try calling DATEK or Etrade and you'll be on hold for 45 mins before talking to some dopey clerk...call FBR and (at least in my experience), call gets picked up after 2 rings and by a real live BROKER...they still seem to be small enough to be able to do thîs...best of luck.
