I got an email from Peter at datek (there head techy guy) and he told me that the server problems that they were facing were a big issue. He said if it was just a matter of money they would have solved the problems already. It makes sense. If all anyone had to do was upgrade their servers - everyone would have done it. It must be a more complex problem....
