I think you have the right idea. It's tough to give up ontrol, but I think it's the smartest
thing to do with these stocks.

My thinking yesterday morning was that Amazon would fall further. Then later in the day I concluded this may be the bottom. I feel quite confident that Amazon will continue higher in time. You are correct in that it is difficult to give up control but once I discovered I had no clue where Amazon would be later Friday much less sometime next week, I thought I should own it. This movement cost me a few points which will not be an issue over time and in fact, would become a total non issue if Amazon remains under 125 through August expiration. I did like my 145 calls better:-)

I learned a lot during the last year or so in the market and decided buy and hold works best with top notch companys. I have some trading I like to do as entertainment but my main goal is equity growth.

Michelle made a good point in her post that asked if I knew what I was doing. It was evident to her I did not and should therefore, be evident to me.
