That is about 30-35 miles to the mountains of our Nevada Claims. ( We have better weather conditions I hope) That is one big Parcel of Parcels. I am impressed. If my groups had done Placer Associations of claims I suspect that it would total exactly 120,160 as each 160 claim we can get at BLM yields that math ( watchout for my decimals now) ( 8 person groups at 160 acres -NOT 2 person groups at 40 acres!)Then, if it is set up as some smaller group or Corporate entity as I suspect that old original Naxos would of done over these years of holding it may come down some, a lot actually; if but 40 acres of claims were the Max size. Then again is they were Hard Rock BLM claims themn the size would go done to that of a LODE Claim- at 20.33 fixed. So I vote that they made no LODE claims and just placer at 40 acres each as that comes out to 30,040. LOL. They need the info on a Placer Orgization set up for a new 5 year term of renewal, would says some bucks. Just a constructive suggestion. ( but then again, maybe CORPORATE RULES say otherwise , I am not an EXPERT in LAW.) Thanks for the info WL. I will think some. ChuckaBuzzWORDS3
