I agree. The intense and repetitive discussions of floorless financing, especially as it relates to ANOTHER company whose stock declined for OTHER reasons, seems DESIGNED to promote doubt and apprehension in the minds of Valence investors, in view of the approaching Jul 27th deadline. Fortunately for Valence bulls, and unfortunately for Valence shorts, the computed average for conversion at the end of trading on 7/27 will be well above the $6.03 mark, which will render the floorless toothless. We know they will be able to convert for the next three years, but not at a highly dilutive low price as occurs in a floorless. They can only convert 7.5 million dollars into stock ONCE until 2003, then it's done.
