Of course everyone makes "howlers," and it is human. Ihope you acknowledge that some people make many more than their share, and RR is among those. And then there's that odd category of stories he tells with a lump in his throat and tears in eyes of his Hollywood war experiences-- liberating a concentration camp among them.
