Ya it's just one more political ploy to buy votes, ( they hope )
To start with a Government at no time should run anything but
a very small surplus, and if it's needs to borrow and does not
pay off the debt within a certain time frame it should be abolished
and get another one, this running of debt on and on and on is
criminal in nature even if it's not against the law.

It sets up a system of control by hegemonic demagoguery
and makes the citizens captive of the most sophisticated
organized criminals in the world. It turns the vote into
nothing but a sham.
The national debt as it now stands is the result of organized
racketeers and is criminal in it's very nature, people who
don't have the balls to say it are just part of the venomous
parasites parading around as hero's or just too brain washed to
understand what is going on.
I am outraged that they would even talk about what to do with
a surplus ( that in the first place I don't believe exists )
but to use it as an excuse to pull the wool over our eyes
with a so called tax cut is to me an atrocity.
You can't cut taxes without cutting expenses and there is NO
EXPENSE that cost this nation more than servicing the National
DEBT none, not one.
