Kenneth, Have you ever heard of contrarian investing?

Big money can be just as dumb as small money.

For example, I've seen Fidelity in distribution of substantial holdings in ASPT (Aspect Telecom) AT THE VERY BOTTOM $6-7 three months ago. Since then, the stock has doubled.

Note that Fidelity took a loss for its fund holders when it sold ASPT because it had a higher cost basis... Dumb money, if you ask me. That's why I don't invest in Mooch Funds.

In the case of NITE, if some holders are in currently in distribution of NITE stock (say, for diversication reasons, not bad NITE fundamentals) after lockup expiration, they are offering shares at a discount to forward prospects. I've bought more on the way down as this selling may soon (and very soon) cease.

I've always preferred contrarian investing to momentum investing.
