Walter, It's out of EDIG's hands. Brands will decide whether or not to release recorders for Xmas. Still no announcements from Phillips, Toshiba, Panasonic or Sony. What are their chances of surviving a later entry?

San Diego paper - The article & more... Well, Walter, you just had to make me prove that you stuck it in your mouth again didn't you? A responsible reporter does a thorough investigation. You were looking at the Sunday paper! The article was on Saturday! Look down the left side to find "U-T Daily Paper". Click on it... Then go to Archives... Then select Saturday! Bingo... Regarding the question about why all the people listed in the S-3 decided at this time to register their shares: They are insiders, therefore, they obviously have an advantage in knowing how future events might impact the company. They probably want to be ready to act when presented with an opportunity to sell at the "right" time. That could be soon or it could be much further down the road. We won't know that till AFTER it happens.
