Hahaha -- You'd be surprised at the number of physicians and dentists that have already "fled" the U.S. and are making their homes in places I have earmarked as safe havens. Take Barbados, for example. Not only are there many fine American, Canadian and English doctors there, but it is not too long a flight to Rio. At Rio you can take the Concorde directly to France, England, or (if you must), Washington, D.C. The Concorde, of course, is much faster than conventional passenger planes, and all seating is first-class.
