Bo,
KIDE business is principally licensing, media buying and television distribution. You can't compare them to a manufacturing bussiness (ie software vs. manufacturing or GM vs. MSFT).
As far as your statement smart investors are buying GUMM that a self serving statement yet to be proven. I would characterize GUMM as a risky momentum play that needs be watched closly so you can get to the exits if need be.
