No, I didn't say I understood Kangas' point (I still don't). I was simply trying to say that I didn't think he was asking specifically about the issue you brought up, which I believe was

--whether it is a conflict of interest to recommend UTEK while employees of that company can invest 401k money with the BJ group.

But what I heard was this question from Kangas:

--"So, my question is does your firm recommend individual stocks?",

apparently, with the implication being: if it did, this would be some sort of conflict.
