<<options that SOBs Paulson, and his sister, Cheney have exercised at cheap prices.>> Yes, fiberman, and they are asking shareholders to be stupid and vote to increase shares of NAVR so they can continue to enrich themselves by increasing the supply of shares they can play with, while the stockholders' shares get diluted....VOTE NO ON EVERYTHING NAVR MANAGEMENT WANTS!!!!!.....WE NEED PROFITS TOO!!!!....DILUTED SHARES ONLY BENEFIT MANAGEMENT, SINCE THEY WILL CONTROL THE NEW SUPPLY....DILUTED SHARES WILL BLUNT ANY NAVR PRICE RISE TO BE GAINED BY THE IPO....
