Because I see both the negative aspects of NAVR as well as the positive aspects from the standpoint of an investor who has been in this stock for over half a year, why should that strike you as odd??
The positive aspect is that the IPO will take place....The negative aspect is that the NAVR management is excessively greedy and has little regard for the investor....probably not an uncommon quality in the management of many publicly traded firms....You can say anything you want about me....It doesn't matter...What does matter is that investors in this stock should protect their investment to the best of their abilities.....It is to their best interests to vote against an increase in shares...thus more dilution, which will provide more wealth for management and less investment return for us....Investors should not forget management picks up stock at dirt cheap prices on options and sell at market prices....They should know by now that this management enriches itself time after time at their expense....Two shining examples I can give you are last year's private sale of warrants and stock at rock bottom prices....Somebody (guess who) derived substantial benefit from that little caper...it wasn't us....we paid for it by having our shares depreciate in value due to the erosive dilution of the stock shares....The other example is the lightening quick manner in which NAVR management sold heavily into the gap created early this year when the S1 was filed....Between NAVR management and Anthony and crew, they quickly snuffed out any likelihood of the stock price going up.....again...who benefited from that second little caper???....and at whose expense???...Stockholders have an opportunity to vote to protect their interests.....We all know what the score is by now.......By the way, I probably have a lot more at stake than you do in this company.....You are a potential investor..(or a clever short seller).....I am already considerably invested......Seems to me you are just kibitzing.....
One last point.....For every seller there is a buyer....Also, people who feel like selling right away due to the long wait for this stock to turn around will change their mind when NAVR heads up again...Most of us...except for the Martian Baldy, have had opportunities to get out with a small to modest profit....we stayed for a better return, and the stock went down....It will go back up....
