For those of you who don't follow the RB AZNT thread: in the course of the last week, Pugs has been posting now and then about "death threats" sent to Mike Sylver and/or Qualey, Landish, and Cook. It's not clear when they were sent, nor has he seen fit to report their entire content. I am, however, being blamed for all this. Yes, you got it: I'm supposed to have sent out signed threats. Right.
I think it's time to discuss this business here, as well as at RB. For openers, I offer the most important of the posts in question, all by Pugs:
This was the first reference. It isn't, however, clear to me whether the threat he mentions here is the same as the faxed threats that come up later in the sequence.

...Last night @ 9:12PM AZNT was broken into. tHe police sent in the dogs to sniff for bombs. This comes after a death threat that Sylver would be dead in 72 hrs if AZNT didn't stop trading. The FBI is investigating. Desperate people do desperate things. If you are confident you will prevail in court you don't threaten to KILL someone or bomb their place of business. And how arrogant it is of the bashers here to think with all this going on , federal & regulatory agencies investigating, they can continue their cybersmear campaign undaunted! LOL.

Shell, you deluded old woman, I never said you broke in....but you are mentioned in the threat letter....coincidence?
gimme a break...if you have nothing to do with the break-in or threats, why do you think you are mentioned in the threat letter? I'm sure you're "clueless" about it, right?

Pugs has been talking a good deal of late about Josh Landish's assistant "David", who, he claims, is "researching" the "declamation and liable" suit that he thinks is gonna be brought against me and 111 other people. In a post I didn't copy, he claims that it was David who sent him a copy of the "death threat" fax. He said also that David was an attorney. I couldn't find him in Martindale-Hubbel, and so asked Pugs for his last name. Pugs became nervous:

TORONTO HOCKEY CLUB SAYS "WE WANT OUR PUCKING STOCK ' !!
last night a group of Toronto hockey players long AZNT demanded delivery of their stock from Nesmuth Burns. The Toronto police told the brokerage to deliver or return their money! SEC advocates investigating the malicious acts commited against AZNT , its' principals and shareholders are on top of this latest uproar by AZNT longs in Toronto.
Copies of the death threats faxed to AZNT lawyers Landish, Qualey & Cook are in posession of the feds, the SEC and the judge in the federal case, as was Janice's post requesting more information to "check-out" AZNT & Landish research attorney David ------.
Torrey Pines can't deliver and are no longer making a market in AZNT ! Brokers and firms are currently under investigation by the feds & SEC ! The judge will sign-off on the default judgement against Mann shortly & the summary judgements against the other defendant as well. What worried shorts are camping out at the courthouse examining the docket on a daily basis? THough JB Oxford did not disclose they are defendants in the federal case, their cert for 4 million shares will be removed from the system when the judge rules leaving a 1.3 million short against the already cancelled stock frozen by dtc. The monetary awards will go to buying back the stock at the open market . AZZNT is 100% dedicated to shareholder value and will buy the float at market price with the award. After AZNT buys the float, the ticker will be changed, street stock will be called into name for a 5% dividend. AZNT is self transfer & the float is closely held. AZNT is a non marginable stock & the NASD will see to it no shorts are hidden in error accounts.
If delivery is not made, criminal charges will be next.

no Janice, the death threat faxed to the lawyers has your name on it as the author. Yesterday I noted many errors in grammer you don't usually make. Whether that was calculated or not is a matter for the feds to discern. If you honestly did not author or participate in the death threat, I would call the FBI in Las Vegas and tell them that. I'm sure they would love to speak to you about it. IMO, since you are posting publically, you are probably just a pawn in the game, but the damage you have done alone to investors, imo, is great.

I had a good laugh about this, and intimated that I didn't believe the author of the little work of art in question was from "our side". In several subsequent messages, not worth copying here, Pugs urges me to contact the FBI in Vegas. Needless to say, I have no intention of doing so; if they want to talk to me, I'm sure they can find a way to get in touch.
Now then. Why don't we engage in a bit of speculation about all this? |
