I can live with that! Lot's of great news coming in August!

But even the worst case scenario: a float of 40mil, is very liveable!

**That merger possibility is the thing we can all look forward to hearing more about. Either way it proves to be a win/win situation to have someone seriously looking at TBC's business plan now, at the gate. But if one was to think about buying them, because they have implemented a great plan... well the time would be now!

they haven't been in the practice(like so many others) of releasing BS PR's, so i'll definetly be waiting with ears wide open for more reports on this developing issue...it could be bigger than we could imagine!

:-))

Good Morning Gary,

I think it is interesting, that the majority of the investors read the PR as a merger offer. This worries me a little. If that is not what it turns out to be... some investors are probably going to be upset. I could care less if they merge with someone. The first thing that came to my mind is someone wanted to establish a JV with GAAY.

I think everyone should keep a open mind about this PR. Actually, a JV makes more sense to me at this point. I am purely tossing my thoughts out on the table here... I KNOW NOTHING... LOL.

I think Triangle (with it's facility and assets), is now in a position to be approached by companies, who might also have a business plan for a unique show. It would seem to me... establishing JVs for more shows would not be that far fetched.

Once again... this is just my way of thinking... please don't anyone think I'm trying to kill the merger talk. I just don't want investors to lock in to any one thought... until we know for sure.

I am also very open to comments... if my thinking is stupid.... by all means tell me!! LOL

Everyone have a great Sunday.
