I really don't know. They are paying $15M for 85% of 11.3M shares. From my reading of the 10k, they have to pay extra money for the Preferred and the bonds. One way to look at it is.... They are paying $15m for 9.4M shares which is $1.55+ a share. and they are paying seperatly for the Preferred and the bonds.

I figure the bindings are good, they get 3% moving to 5% of sales on the clothes and they are staying business, the stock should head up. Tecnica is a private company, so it is hard to find out how strong they are.
