I have been waiting all morning for your reply Sid; see how important you have become?

Thanks for clearing up the SEC filing process; admittedly, I didn't know, and am relieved that their 10K will be accessible right away, this way all the brokers that have stated they'll buy the stock after DCHt becomes reporting will be able to do so, sooner rather than later; which with the way the stock has been falling, couldn't come at a better time.

What is notable in the NW Power deal is that although they state they hope to test FC's from severalmanufacturers, we don't see anyone stepping up to the plate to fillthe order;

it is therefore reaosnable to assume that the $ 3,500,000 million contract is currently between DCHT and Denora; pretty good company for a litle BB stock, in my opinion.

We all await the long heralded arrival of the DCHT form 10.

I wouldn't expect any positive surprises, as we have pretty much seen their financials as posted on their website, and they are of course quite ugly;

but I wouldn't measure them on where they were as of Dec, 1998.

A lot of positive developments have happened since then.

Still, in all, you would have to agree that DCHT's ability to compete and win in an arena where their competitors didn't even know they were playing has got to impress even the most staunchest of skeptics and critics.

You don't suppose that all those other FC players weren't trying to win a slice of a $ 3,500,000 pie?

I would say that this event is a watershed for DCHT.

By the way, I haven't noticed you saying anything about the ERC name change?
