Mike I think H&Q has an agenda. As with Marc Cabi before the Ericy deal they have a nack for not only producing negative reports, but producing them at critical junctures for Qcom stock. If I remember the posted a negative report before one of Q's first great quarters(when the stock was running) and another re-iteration around the negative Korean WSJ article. At this point I think we must judge the source, and like CABI, deem it unreliable. I wouldnt be surprised if they had clients with big short positions in QCOM. It is also unusiall because they are very positive(last time I checked) on SAWTEK which is trading at a 50(APX)PE. This is a supplier for CDMA componetry. If capacity will exceed demand then they would be in trouble as well, NO? In my analysis bad credibility so dont waste your time pondering
