I left out the worst case countries (level 3 and 4); go to the link at the bottom of my post to look for former USSR countries (now called Russia; Uzbekistan; Turkmenistan etc).


The '...' at the bottom of posts of mine always indicate that part of the article has been left out; and can be read by clicking on the link of the originating article!
