Companies get into trouble all the time and do stupid things, yet the stock will react differentely. Sure GE has problems, I don't think anyone can or would argue that. But, the fact remains that it is proven that they've got something, and a lot if it. How much, don't know. Can we get to it? Don't know until the Atwood report is public. Can we get to it for a good price, don't know until Atwood.

Now, as I understand it, Atwood will not state reserves, but it will say how to get at the gold and how much it would cost. To me, that is pretty good.

Remember, it may be good enough to get another Major interested in GE. And yes, GE may have to take a bit of a smaller offer than expected to stay alive, but on the plus side, they will have the capital to continue working other sites around the property that is still unexplored.

Based on this, I think the property is worth more than a dime.
